Financing

The Four Seasons Recreation Complex has serveral funding sources:

1. Donations from individual, companies, organizations and government.
   To date nearly $100,000 in cash and land valued at over $1,000,000 have been contributed.
   Make checks payable to: Four Seasons Campaign Fund (must include your name and occupation).
2. Design considerations have been made to maximize revenues, however fund raising efforts are underway to cover any operations cash flow deficit for the first years.
3. On a home valued at $250,000 the tax increase will be about $75 per year and will decrease as the District‘s value increases.

5. The Kittitas County Park & Recreation District No. 1 is presenting a $10,000,000 bond to district voters on August 19, 2008 for construction of the Four Seasons Recreation Complex.
